DRL conversion kit. Suitable for MAN 2020+
Complete kit for converting your original white xenon DRLs to orange-yellow. Works with MAN 2020 and newer models. The set consists of two circuit boards and thermal paste. Each board contains eight high-performance LEDs, the latest generation of Edison's high-power 5W LEDs. The brightness is equivalent to the original.
The aluminium PCB optimizes heat transfer and extends the lifespan of the LEDs. The dimensions and connections are the same as the original, making installation very easy.
Installation
The original heat sink is mounted on the back of the headlight.
- The heat sink is detached and separated from the lamp.
- The plug is disconnected from the original lighting.
- The screws holding the light fixture are removed.
- The heatsink is cleaned of the thermal paste.
- New thermal paste is applied to the heat sink.
- The new circuit board is attached with the screws.
- The plug is inserted into the socket and the heat sink is reassembled.
